This villa is designed for your comfort with 4 masters, no rear neighbours and it is one of the closest pool homes to the clubhouse and resort pool! This home backs up to the recreation park with sand volleyball, tennis, basketball and putting green, and is around 300 yards to the clubhouse and resort pool.

With 3 bedrooms that all have a King bed there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable! Bedroom 1 has sliding door access to the pool and, similar to bedroom 2, has a walk in shower that guarantees your relaxation. The living room has comfortable sofas that face a large TV, perfect to unwind from a busy day at the theme parks. The spacious kitchen with an open design is great for spending family time together. There is plenty of seating for everyone around the two 6 person dining tables for family meals or quick breakfasts together. The large covered lanai will be great for evening dinners outside on the outdoor 6 person dining table by the pool.
